Hand your society over to the next committee

1. From Team, invite the incoming president with their email.
2. Once they've joined, make them an owner.
3. The new owner removes outgoing members when they're ready.

Programs, designs and every certificate stay with the society. Former members keep their own certificates in their Passports.
