Frequently Asked Questions
- Do credits expire?
- Each purchase lasts 12 months from the day it's added. Your plan's included certificates are used first, then credits, soonest-expiring first, so nothing runs out early by accident.
- What if I run out in the middle of an event?
- Nothing you've already sent is affected. The send stops before it starts, tells you how many certificates you're short, and you can buy credits and carry on. The recipients you've prepared stay saved.
- Do recipients or verifiers pay anything?
- Never. Receiving a certificate, keeping it in a Passport, sharing it and verifying it are free for everyone. Only the person sending certificates pays.
- Can our finance office get an invoice?
- Yes. Every order comes with an invoice PDF in your organization's legal name. Institution and Enterprise can pay against a purchase order.
- How do I pay?
- Today by bank transfer, with the reference we give you. We confirm the payment and add your plan or credits. JazzCash and Easypaisa are next.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Every certificate you've issued stays valid and verifiable. A lapsed plan stops its included certificates, but any credits you bought keep working until they expire.
- Can we remove “Verified by Nyvarra” from our certificates?
- On Institution and Enterprise, yes: one switch in Settings, and new certificates carry your name alone. On Free, Credits and Organization the mark always shows. The QR code stays on every certificate on every plan, because it's what lets anyone check the certificate is real.
- Is Nyvarra an accreditor?
- No. We prove who issued a certificate, to whom, and that it hasn't changed. The issuer stands behind what the certificate says.
