One real-feeling weekend, from the spreadsheet on Friday night to a job interview on Monday morning.

The attendee list is still a spreadsheet.
You upload the CSV from your registration form. Nyvarra reads the names and emails, and flags the two rows that would bounce, so you fix them tonight instead of on Monday.

The certificate gets its look.
Pick a design from the collection or start from your own background. Add your logo and a signature. The recipient's name and the workshop title are filled in for each person.

A preview with the longest name on the list.
Before anything goes out, you see the real certificate for real people, including the name most likely to break the layout. Nothing is sent until you say so.

The workshop ends. You press send.
142 certificates are signed and emailed in a couple of minutes. The delivery log shows every email, and the one that bounced can be fixed and resent in a click.

Each person gets an email with their certificate, a link to check it, and the PDF. No account needed to open it.

Ayesha keeps it, and shares it.
She adds it to her free Passport, with the certificates she's earned elsewhere, and posts the link on LinkedIn. The link shows the live record, not a screenshot.
- Monday10:15 am
A recruiter checks it in one scan.
Her interviewer scans the QR code on the printout. They see who issued it, to whom, and that it's genuine and current. Nobody had to email you.
