Join Nyvarra

Pakistan runs on paper nobody can check. Help change that.

A degree, a license, a training certificate. Today, proving any of them means photocopies, stamps and a long wait. Nyvarra is building the record that turns all of it into a ten-second scan. We're early, we're not hiring, and we're looking for a few people who want to build this with us from the start.

Proving a degree today

  1. 1Find the original
  2. 2Photocopy it
  3. 3Get it attested
  4. 4Post it to the university
  5. 5Wait for a letter back

Weeks, if it comes back at all.

With a Nyvarra record

Scan the code

Genuine, issued by the university

Seconds. Free. No account.

Proving a degree today takes five steps and weeks of waiting. With a Nyvarra record, anyone scans a QR code and sees in seconds that it is genuine.

Why this matters

What you earned should be easy to prove.

Every few years, a fake-degree story makes the news, and every honest graduate pays for it with another stamp, another queue, another letter. The problem was never the people. It's that their records can't speak for themselves. When a certificate carries its own proof, trust stops being slow, and stops depending on who you know.

Where this goes

Start with a certificate. End up changing how trust works.

Anywhere a piece of paper decides what someone can do next, a checkable record changes the outcome. Some of this works on Nyvarra today. The rest is what we're building toward.

Ways in

Pick the part you'd be best at.

No titles, no application form. Just the kind of help that moves Nyvarra forward right now.

  • Bring it to your campus

Get the societies at your university issuing certificates that last. You know the presidents, the events and the people who'd say yes.

    You're a student who's always running something.

    See Nyvarra Campus
  • Open a door

Introduce us to a registrar, a training academy, a hospital's education office or an event that issues thousands of certificates.

You know the person who decides.

  • Build it

Design, engineering, writing, video, Urdu. There's real work here that ships to real people, and your name goes on what you make.

You make things, and want them used.

  • Use it and break it

Issue a certificate, receive one, check one. Then tell us exactly where it confused you, slowed you down or didn't work.

You notice everything and say so.

Straight answers

What joining looks like.

Better you hear it here than three weeks in.

It isn't a job yet
There's no salary today, and we'd rather say that plainly than dress it up. If that's a dealbreaker, it's a fair one.
The work is real
Nothing here is practice. What you design, write or set up reaches issuers, students and employers.
It fits around your life
Classes, a job, exams. A few focused hours a week is enough to move something forward.
Early means you shape it
The people here now decide what Nyvarra becomes. When we can hire, the first people we talk to are the ones who were here before we could.

A note from the founder

Most things that change a country don't start big. They start with a few people who notice something broken and decide not to wait for someone else to fix it.

Nyvarra is that stage. The product works and people are using it, but almost everything about what it becomes is still undecided. If reading this made you think of exactly what you'd do, I'd like to hear from you.

Get in touch

Write a few lines. That's the whole application.

  1. 1Who you are, and what you're doing now
  2. 2Which way in you'd pick, and why
  3. 3One link to something you've made or run

No CV needed. Every message is read, and you'll hear back within a week.

Questions people ask first

Is this a job?

Not yet. There's no pay today. We're looking for people who want to be part of this early, not applicants for a role.

Do I need experience?

No. We care more about what you've made or organized, however small, than about a CV. A society you ran, a site you built, an event you pulled off: that's the kind of thing to send.

I'm not technical. Is there anything for me?

Most of what Nyvarra needs next isn't code. It's campuses, introductions, writing and people who'll use it honestly and tell us what's wrong.

Where do I need to be?

Anywhere. Everything happens online. Being in Pakistan helps for campus and introductions, but it isn't required to build.

What happens after I write?

You'll hear back from a person within a week. If it's a fit, we'll have a short call and agree on one small, concrete first thing to do together.

One day, checking a certificate in Pakistan will take ten seconds.

The people who get it there are deciding to start now.
