1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Nyvarra, operated from Pakistan by its founder, Fateh Alam. They apply when you create an account or use nyvarra.app. If you use Nyvarra for an organization, you agree for that organization and confirm you're allowed to.
Checking a certificate doesn't need an account, and you don't have to accept anything to do it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and is part of these terms.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- You're responsible for what happens in your account and, for organizations, what your team members do.
- You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
3. Issuing certificates
Before an organization can issue, a person at Nyvarra reviews it. We may decline or remove an issuer that isn't who it says it is.
When you issue certificates, you agree that:
- every certificate records something that really happened, for the person named on it;
- you issue only in your organization's own name, never as or for another organization without its written permission;
- you have the right to give us recipients' names, email addresses and certificate details, and to have us send and publish certificates to them;
- you correct or withdraw a certificate when it turns out to be wrong. Corrections and withdrawals stay visible on the record; history is never quietly rewritten.
You are responsible for what your certificates say. Nyvarra signs and publishes them as you issue them.
4. What a check proves
A successful check shows that the certificate was issued on Nyvarra by the organization named, to the person named, and that its contents haven't changed since, along with its current status.
It doesn't prove that the achievement itself is true or meets any standard. That is the issuer's word, and how much it counts is up to whoever relies on it. Nyvarra isn't responsible for decisions others make based on a certificate.
5. Your Passport
Anyone who receives certificates can keep them in a free Passport. You decide what's public, and you can hide a certificate from it at any time. Hiding it doesn't change the issuer's record, which stays checkable.
6. Plans and payment
Receiving and checking certificates is free. Organizations can issue a set number of certificates free each year, then choose a paid plan or buy credits. Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page when you buy.
- We don't charge you automatically. A plan runs for the period you paid for, and renews only when you pay again.
- A plan's certificate allowance applies to the period it was bought for.
- Prices include or exclude taxes as shown on your invoice.
- Payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we agree to one in writing. If something went wrong, write to info@nyvarra.app and we'll look at it.
- If we change prices, the change applies from your next purchase, not to a period you've already paid for.
7. Things you mustn't do
- Issue false, forged or misleading certificates, or pretend to be another organization or person.
- Use Nyvarra for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful content.
- Try to break into accounts or systems, get around limits or security, or interfere with the service for others.
- Check certificates in bulk by scraping the website; use the verification API instead.
- Copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing one.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload: your designs, logos, fonts and certificate details. You give us permission to store, process, render, sign, send and display it as needed to provide Nyvarra, including showing certificates to anyone who checks them for as long as they remain on record. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload. Nyvarra's own software, designs and brand remain ours.
9. The service
We work to keep Nyvarra running and your certificates checkable, and we publish how it's doing on the status page. We may change or improve features over time.
If we ever close Nyvarra, we'll give at least 90 days' notice and a way for organizations to export their certificate records.
10. Suspension and closing an account
You can close your account at any time by writing to info@nyvarra.app.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is used for fraud. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it. Certificates an organization issued stay on record as issued, or as withdrawn if they were fraudulent, so that people who rely on them get a truthful answer.
11. Our responsibility
Nyvarra is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, data or opportunities.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid Nyvarra in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
12. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we'll update the version and date at the top. If a change matters, we'll tell account holders before it takes effect and ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in. If you don't agree, you can close your account.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan decide disputes about them, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts. Before going to court, please write to info@nyvarra.app; most things can be sorted out that way.
