Download your data

Settings, then Your account, then Download my data. You get a ZIP with your account, Passport, certificates, requests, notifications and security activity, and a README explaining each file.

Print your Passport

Passport, Share, then Download as PDF: a cover page, a list of your certificates with a QR code beside each that opens its live record, and optionally each certificate's own pages. Handy for job, admission and visa applications.

Delete your account

1. Settings, then Your account, then type delete my account.
2. You're signed out everywhere, and the account is deleted after 7 days. Sign in before then and choose Keep my account to stop it.

Your sign-in, Passport, collections and notifications are deleted. Certificates issued to you stay with the organizations that issued them and can still be checked: they're the issuer's record. Certificates you issued stay verifiable.

If you're the only owner of a team with other people in it, make someone else an owner first.
