The name on my certificate is wrong

Ask the organizer for a correction from your Passport.

Only the organization that issued a certificate can change it. You can ask them directly from your Passport.

Open the certificate in your Passport.
Choose Correction, and explain what should change.
The organizer reviews your request. If they agree, you receive a corrected certificate, and the old one points to the new one.
