Build collections and download a focused certificate portfolio

Group certificates for an application, check public visibility and create a printable Passport or collection PDF.

A collection groups certificates for a purpose, such as a job application, residency or teaching portfolio. It helps you present a relevant selection without asking the reader to sort through every award you hold.

Create a useful collection

  1. Open Collections and create a collection with a clear title and description.
  2. Choose the relevant certificates. Use current replacements where an award has been corrected.
  3. Review the selection and order available in the editor. Remove unrelated awards that distract from the purpose.
  4. Choose the collection's visibility. For public sharing, check that your Passport and the relevant items permit the intended public view.
  5. Open the shared page while signed out before sending it to an employer.

Print a portfolio

Use the available PDF download for your Passport or collection. The portfolio includes a readable list and verification links or QR codes; supported options can include the certificates' own pages. Review the resulting PDF before submission, especially if a certificate is unavailable or an older version was included.

A printed portfolio is a snapshot

The portfolio cannot update itself after a correction, withdrawal or expiry. The verifier should open the live records when current status matters. Download a fresh portfolio after you change the collection or receive a replacement certificate.

If the shared collection is unavailable

Check the overall Passport visibility first, then the collection and certificate settings. A collection marked public cannot override every privacy restriction around the profile or its items. Your signed-in view is not proof that an anonymous visitor can open it.
