Put names and other details on the certificate

Data fields fill in each recipient's name, the program title, dates and your own columns.

A data field is a placeholder that's filled in for each recipient: their name, the program title, the issue date, the certificate's serial, and so on.

You can also add your own fields, such as a grade or a track. When a program uses the design, you choose which recipient column fills each one.

Preview with your longest name before sending. A field can be set to shrink long text to fit, and the preview shows exactly what will be printed.
