Give speakers, organisers and winners their own certificate

A role is a kind of certificate a program gives out. Everyone starts in the main role. Add a role on the program's Roles tab when some people get a different certificate.

• Each role can say what the certificate is for, such as "Oral presentation", and what kind it is, such as an award.
• A role can number its certificates on its own, like NRIC27-PRES-000014, or share the program's numbering.
• A role can use its own Studio design, or the program's. One design can serve every role: fill a field from the role on the Design tab.

One person can hold several roles. A speaker who also attended is added once for each, and gets a certificate for each. In an import, add a Role column; Nyvarra matches values like "Speaker" to your roles and asks you about any it doesn't recognise.
